Horseback riding consists of a lot more than just learning to sit in the saddle. Learn how the equine brain processes the world around them, so you can give both yourself, and your horse, a safe, comfortable learning environment, and build true connection and communication in the process.
Horses are always looking for a good, strong leader. They communicate with each other using body language that is different from humans and other animals we are familiar with, such as dogs. Once we learn to understand the signals they send us, we can gain a better understanding of how to communicate back through our own body language.

Without proper communication and connection, horses can make people nervous- which makes the horse nervous, too. Whether you’re recovering from a scary fall, struggle with anxiety, or just want to feel safe and comfortable around horses, you will find that nothing builds confidence like discovering you can “speak” the language of a 1,200lb animal- and that they, too, benefit from the calm confidence that you bring them.
